The place is incredible, the staff are exceptional.

The positives include marvellous and efficient location and parking onsite.

The restaurant was small for breakfast, we ordered tasty dishes. Plus it had a particularly nice view of the Chicago skyline. Good value, appreciated its location, we would stay here again.

The place is fairly clean and homely. The room is air conditioned and generous sized, comes with portable devices as well as large tub. Considering other options in Chicago this one is good value.

It was a trendy boutique hotel that covered all our needs. Awesome breakfast served in the bar. The location was favourable and perfect and close to places we visited. The stay on vacation certainly was good value. 

All in all good value. Cheap and exceptionally clean room, with nice touches and nice decor. Efficient, nice location in Bronzeville district just next door to major areas and the restaurant and bar.

Clean hotel with attentive and patient employees with their kind service and GREAT food. Quiet room, comfortable bed and spotless bathroom. The great view on the lake.

The staff was quick to help, we had good communication. It was an efficient location for us, next to McCormick Place and the Lake front, and good food spots. It also was near the convention centre.

Huge & updated room with double beds. Facilities - a living room, a comfy chair, and a couch. Unbeatable and ideal location in Chicago, really close to stores & restaurants as well as many attraction.  

The location is nice, a 10-minute walk from a bus station. Btw, it's set in the nice quiet area. My must haves' are a reasonably priced, brand-new room with updated bathroom, a king bed, love seat.

The location was nice and efficient: gift shops and a small store were within walking distance.

The hotel was great with pleasant employees with their kind service and great food. A living room, a comfy chair, and a couch in the room, marvellous and comfortable location. Lovely view overlooking the lake.  

The room was well-kept with a comfy bed and in a modernized facility. The people working in the hotel where particularly helpful and patient. Distance to the airport was just 9 miles.

Air conditioned rooms, perfect and homely hotel. Particularly good and absolutely perfect location - in front of a bus stop. Quite a walk from Ram and other tourist attractions. All in all, good value.  

I stayed in the room that was has not been cleaned sheets everywhere and available with a king bed. The breakfast was awesome and had plenty of food. The location was perfect, next to navy pier
